Promedcare accepts payment from most major Insurance Companies. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Midland’s Choice, Coventry, and United Health Care. The Promedcare team will verify eligibility with your Insurance Company and be able to help you with estimating out of pocket costs.

Promedcare is an accredited provider for Medicare and Medicaid in Nebraska. Although Medicare and Medicaid pay for many home health items, they don’t cover all medically necessary items needed in the home. Any member of the Promedcare management team can help you with determining which items are eligible for government reimbursement and how to gather the documentation needed for payment.

Promedcare’s in-home care is often times covered by the client’s long-term care insurance policy. Our billing specialist can assistyou in finding out if your in-home care costs will be reimbursed. Most in-home care is performed on a private pay basis with Promedcare bills being sent every two weeks.

Promedcare accepts VISA, Discover and MasterCard as well as personal checks and cash for payment of items purchased. Ask about our cash discount on many items which do not require submission to insurance.
